Let me know if I can help at all
the one thing if you dont mind hooking us up with is some pics of the rear trailing arm setup and what you ended up doing to mount the rear cross member.

I think our plan of attack is:

Get the floor welded in and get the interior back together.

get the front driveshaft and v.c in and make sure it all lines up.

modifiy the oil pan as required.

pull the motor out and finaiize the motor to run

get the turbo and manifold in and make up the dp while the motor is back on the stand.

get it the motor, turbo, IC, chrage pipes, mofi swap driveshaft and tune done on the motor, then start figuring out the rear end ----.

I'll take it to the shop this week, I think it still has insurance. I'll get you a bunch of pics.

did i read that right? black top bottom end with A6 rods?? Why? wouldnt your C:R be super low? Are the CC's in the A1 head different from the Black top head?

Compression calc say this is your C:R with what you stated

8.120425265213854

with the stock pistons

9.788766132638065

Ive ran the DOHC ZC before on boost and the only thing that killed it was 2 years of boost on a basemap. With that said, im sure you have reasons as to why you went the route you did. Just curious as to why.

good luck!

Yup you read that correct. blacktop ZC bottom with an A1 head. They could be ZC rods, but im pretty sure we went on the total cheap and did A6 pistons and rods instead. This motor was always meant to be built on the cheap and to see boost. The only reason we went with the A1 head was b/c the ZC head was fucked and the A1 head was cheap and available. We wanted to be able to cram a bunch of boost into it and hold for a short period of time. Im sure it would be alright, but meh, might was try and take some precautionary measures, especially when we have boxes of d- series parts layin around.
