auto to manual
i have an auto eg and right now i'm putting in a b18b 5spd. we already got the motor/tranny/axles/linkage in.
are there any wires i need to cut or move on the engine or ecu side(becuz the chassis is an auto)? is there a way to modify the stock tranny mount? if not where can i buy one? also does the clutch pedal bolt right in? or do i need to weld it in? where can i find a clutch master cylinder and lines from? i've checked ebay but the auctions don't end for awhile? i'm trying to get them asap. i'm gonna try to run a gsr radiator, i know it is tall but i think i can relocate the bottom mounts to make them work. has anyone ever done this? |
Re:auto to manual
go to the yard to get the parts your missing, you will aslo need to change the pass side tranny mount to a manual mount you can order it from honda for about 34 bucks. it will require you to weld a new one in.

Re:auto to manual
The hybrid link also has a write up on the teg rads. in eg's pretty simple. The conversion I would say is a little bit on the diffcult side
