i have one of those tiny apexi turbo timers and i cant freakin figure this four wire peice of ---- out!!! i went to the apexi webiste but it only recommends to buy the appropriate harness! anyone know exactly which wires im suppose to tap into?? 89 honda civic....help!! flame all u want but help me!!

From what I can remember, one wire is for switched ignition, one wore is for accessory, one wore is ground and the other is for constant positive. Not sure about the colors though. What colors do you have?

theres a red blue green and black. ya black it a ground and red should be a constant but where the hell do the other two go?

the crx manual says there is a ign1, and ign2, and acc on the key ignitioin, dam it which ones do i use??

i did!! but i had to remove all the old cut up ignition harness and intalled a real ignition that used a key instead of that cheap *** pepboys push button and wire tapping crap. and now i cant remember how the hell i had it hooked up. i knew i was gona get ----

 

red: 12v+ constant
blue: IG2 output or accessory
green: IG1 output
black: 12v- ground

 

i just tap into those wires or do i need to splice anything too?

 

You just tap into them.
