arp head stud really reusable?

I have a set of new arp headstud I'm thinking about put on my crappy motor to try and fix a possible sealing prob. . I really don't wanna put them on this motor and save them for another 1.6 I can find or rebuild for boost. Are these things really reusable?? seal as good as the first time?

Tq them into the block about 30 foot pounds when reusing. :y
