Dunno, pretty cheap though. They claim they have a 12 month warranty against defects but I bet it's a pain in the ass to try and prove something was a defect and not abuse...

Re: anyone used F1 clutch kits

I saw firsthand the carnage one of them left when the pressure plate broke into pieces and cut up the inside of the hydro gsr tranny to uselessness.

I've heard some people have luck with them but...

When I was shopping for clutches a while back, I looked into what their pressure plates are rated to hold, and in no way do they hold what they claim. THe B series one I was looking at claimed on the ebay ad. that it held over 100% over stock torque, but when I did the calculations, it should only hold at best 40% over stock torque.

Here's a thread I started about those clutches, and what I figured out about them:

I would go with the next cheapest thing, a xenocron clutch...

my stage 3 disc sure looks a lot like an action MD disc.... mines an XTD brand but i have a feeling theres not much difference

the PP on a stage 3 is weak, the pedal was so light compared to my super old ACT HDPP that i thought i musta had a leak (hydro). so far though so problems, good buy for under 150.

100% same experience with me. 300whp, 235 tq, daily driven, its been on three motors now. burnouts, 2-3 and 3-4 full throttle upshifts, heel-toe downshifts, it loves it. i have the "stage 3" 6 puck sprung. has never given me any indiction that it wants to slip. i'll buy one again
