am i too hard on my clutch?

About six months ago i put a clutchmasters stage 1, yes i said stage one but stick to the point. i bbroke it in for 1000 miles, but alot of the miles were highway. when i finnaly got down on it, it was slipping. i didnt resurface the flywheel so im thinking that was the problome. then i put my d16z6 in, and it was gripping alot better. about a month ago my clutch just straight seaized up. i took the tranny off and it looked like something had melted the throwout bearing to the shaft, i actually think it was part of the shaft. i took the pp off and the clutch just fell out, IN PIECES!! its in like 5 different parts, i have never seen, or heard, of anything like this. dont know wtf is up, im gonna call clutch masters tommorow and see what they think. anyone want to respond to this?? im dumbfounded.

Jesus, WTF did you do? Was it a new throw out bearing? Did you grease it?(not that that would cause such a disaster). What kind of power is the Z6 making?

the clutch must have broken off of its center piece (the part that goes on the tranny's shaft. that can cause it to break apart. (happened to me, but it was a used honda clutch.
