AEBS intake manifold on an LS

OK, so I am building up my turbo'd LS for more boost. In the process while we have the motor out I bought an AEBS intake manifold for an ITR and a hondata IM gasket. Now, all I've done in the past is build up b16's so I'm pretty in the dark when it comes to LS stuff and other fitment. I've tried seaching but didn't come up with anything too solid. I see in order to get the manifold to fit the LS head, I have to drill a hole in the manifold to make it fit, that's not a problem. The problem I see myself running into is that nothing lines up for the coolant flow with the manifold or the hondata manifold gasket. So what needs to be plugged and will I have any problems with the gasket seating seeing as it lines up like ----? Do I have all the right parts? Thank you for any replies.

I guess the question is..... can you plugg up the coolant flow on the IM and head??
