i have a b18b in my del sol and its been smogin out i would wondering how do u advance the dizzy

It's not your ignition timing.

But if you really want to advance your distributor (I am assuming this is a Honda, may be different on another vehicle) Loosen up the 3 bolts that mount it to the head and turn the top of it towards the firewall to advance, towards the front of the car to retard.
