i just got my new head on this weekend and am having trouble tunin it the head was rebuilt by gude/bullfrog with p&p springs guides retainers etc. i've done everything to tune this but can't get it set right any suggestions

yes, i've even retarted it 30%with my cam gear i'll have the specs in about an hour
