95 civic with gsr swap no spark

i got a 95 civic with no spark relplaced dizzy plugs wires ecu nothing the only thing i can think of is the main relay any ideas???????

does it have a distributor or coil packs? if it has a distributor, then I would check the coil which should be under the cap. I dont want to insult you, but did you check the fuse(s)?
