There is no return from the charcol canister. It's just vapor and it's dumped I believe out of a tube on the passenger side that is just cut off.
If you're re-doing all those lines than it really doesn't matter what the stock size is. Just go bigger. -6 will do it.

that line has no fittings but the other impotant 2 have
anyone know the size?

I know which one you are talking about now but its not the same one.
The vapour pipe under the car is the one most toward the bottom on the pic. Anyways that one isnt important.
