Default 92-95 tranny gear swap

I currently have a 93 civic si hatch with the .750 5th gear, how hard would it be to replace with a lower gear? and do you think the civic/crx hf .694 would fit? And would you put a .702 or a .694 if you were me? I like this tranny because gear are shorter than any other sohc civic but i dont like to cruise with a short gear in 5 since my 4th already goes to 120mph

And since we are talking gear... anyone has something to offer?

just buy a 92-00 EX tranny, it has the .702 5th.

Without ECU tuning, you will see no difference in gas mileage between the two.

IMHO the .771 5th is way more fun! Still got 35-36 mpg hammering in it!

"D" tranny guru, I know.
