Default 88-89 integra ecu in a 90-91 OBD0 B series swap?

Will it work? I'm about to drop the motor in over the weekend but I have yet to find an OBD0 ecu from a manual integra. I have a couple of the 88-89 OBD0 integra ecu's from the black valve cover dohc d series motor. They work perfectly on a sohc 1.6 d series Si motor, which by the way, shares identical distributors with the earlier 90-91 B series motors of the da integras except for the bolt pattern on the distributor housing itself. Anyone with any experience or insight into this, your advice is greatly appreciated.
