ok....does anyone know how i can tune up a 1981 280zx turbo engine or get a swap for cheap

What do you mean by tune up? Like plugs, wires, cap and rotor tune up or upgrading the engine and making it more powerful?

it needs a plain old tune up...because its really old..so yeah pretty much an upgrade i guess...?
