02 civic dx tranny problems

So the deal is i have a 2002 honda civic dx with 98k miles on it. When taking a right hand corner in second the car makes a clicking noise. Not in 3rd 4th or any other gear and not when the clutch is in. The cv's are fine those were checked and the wheel bearings are good aswell. Any help is appreciated, im just about to splurge and go get a 04 ex tranny with 79k on it for 550 dollars.

01+ trannys are not cheap, $500-650 is the normal price from a good source.

I guess I need to learn them :(

dont change your tranny for a clicking noise... dont take corners in second gear... drive the ---- out of it till a gear ends up on the road.. THEN change the tranny O0
