35-40 Hours/wk + OT. I'm salaried, but get time+½ for OT. I'm a network admin and anytime I do work from home through my VPN, I get paid for it. So I make sure the check up on the Network a few times a night and during the weekends while I'm surfing HMT

I'm on salary so I work around 40 hours most weeks. Some times I leave early, come in early, or stay late depending on if I have to get something done.
My hours are really flexible, if I need to leave in the afternoon to get something done they don't care. That's one thing I really like about this job.
