20 years in and a masters they were in the 70k range and great benefits. 70k seems like a good wage to me and 45 out of college aint shabby

Cost of living is higher.

Out here they start out 25-30k a year. My step-dad is a teacher, been a teacher in the same district for about 25 years and makes ~60k now.

yea, i know that if i want to get into mechanical engeneering field i will have to learn a lot. But its the only thing that really interests me. My uncle is an engineer for shell and got the chance to move to malaysia for his job and gets paid 100 + k a year. hes loaded.

Yea, for me i was working 30-32 hours during school and 40 on avergae during the summer. Still pulling off a 3.3 gpa. I put in my two weeks at my second job so ill get some more honda time. My civic has been neglected. :'(

still dont like my job but closed for the first time tonight and afterwards i got my employees all faded in the back of the store. dont know if that makes me a good boss or not since some of them were underage but so am i. i dont know i am all drunk and feeling good

work 50-55 hrs./wk. get a $1,900 gross check every two weeks, salary rocks...

want that degree you cant work and go to school. Also better understand math/trouble shooting like no one elses business.
