I think he means used Skylines like the GTS models are on Ebay all the itme and can be imported for pretty cheap to the US, but its the leagalization and all that mess, that really curbs most from doing so here in the ststes

Damn, that sucks! In the UK we have literally loads of cars that are imported all the time direct from japan. :P
The used car market over here is flooded with what we call 'Grey Imports'. You can literally pick up anything if you look hard enough. However insurance companies hate to insure them!!
An average 94' Skyline GTS-t goes for around £6,000 over here, which is about $11,000.

Hey sccaeg , I dont know if you realise but the cost of living over here in the UK ------ sucks ***** big time, we get butt fucked for pretty much everything!! its not all good you know!!
