When I talk to him about it he always says he knows hes gotta take care of it and wants too cuz hes tired of it hanging over his head. Alot of the problem is personal projects get in the way and take the priority. Once a cop gives him a call or someone does something that wakes him up a little, I think thats what its gonna take for him to get them done. Its been this long. Hes not gonna wake up in the mornig and decide to finish these kits...
