only way to get that high of a comp ratio is if your using a 1 layer head gasket , whatever. drop the b16 in there and boost it and your good to go . why not just boost the LS. guy on honda-tech with a 11.5:1 itb'd disco potato power gsr boosting like 15lbs i think
