No ----. I'm surprised at how many people don't know about or understand turbo specs.

I asked a guy at the races recently which turbo he had on his b16 (that was running low 12 second passes), he said it was a "T3/T4". I'm like, "sweet, is that the TO4 E with the .63 ar turbine? What trim?".... He's like, "I think it's a 20 trim.".

Obviously he had more money than turbo knowledge.

this kid i work with was telling me about his friends STI that "has a 20 lb. turbo on it, and a 50 lb. shot of nos" bwahahahaha

EVERYBODY i know says that, even when i have told them many times it is a T3. :1 i guess they think turbo size goes T25,T3,T3/T4. no idea what trim is or an A/R.

a friend of mine was gonna buy a turbo that he said was a turbonetics T3/T4, it was just a water/oil cooled .42/.48 T3 , saved him $260
