hahahahaha ;D
Engine is allright.
Blew my Head Gasket.
Have to rip it apart, but it ahs been raining all day and I'm tired.
I was just going to build a custom 2.5 inch exhaust system, cause my 1.5 inch exhaust kills the turbo...and my flange is leaking...turbo begins to build boost at 3200 rpm and dies at 6500 rpm's.

Been there done that 3x's on my 1st gen ZC.
ONLY USE OEM HEAD GASKETS!
Felpro's are ----.

I kept on blowing them so I blew one and ended up torqueing the head bolts down to 70ft/lbs instead of the 48??? It sealed it pretty tight. I would ahve to fill it up every 2 months.

70?? thanks man.
I torqued mine at 58-60, Cause I 48 seemed pretty low.
That's what I get for boosting 12 psi.
I knew sumtin' wasn't ok.
There was a lot of pressure in my radiator hoses.

Yo Semnos!

I have the high pressure radiator hose situation on my B18B right now. It's from a combination of not retorquing my ARP headstuds and the head being milled twice without the dowel pins being shortened.

If you still have it apart, make sure this isn't a borderline headgasket sealing problem due to the head having been milled at some point + the dowel pins weren't shortened.

I have the ARP Head stud kit and IIRC it says to torque them down to around 80ft/lbs.
Try to clean as much ---- out from the Head bolts threads as possible.

Good luck.
