i got that rad in. its a big boy. works good do, did a bunch of panty rippers and beat a newer gt lol. from about 2 cars back to 2 buses ahead at 5.5psi creepin to 6-7 in the uppers.

the quick dry jbweld didnt like me letting it sit for about 2 hours lol. it got it hot and it came apart. lol

also:

the upper rad hose is temp just to get it goin.

rad is out of a mid 80s 5 liter ford truck. cut all the supports off it and cut down the filler neck. gunna try normal jbweld and the 24 hour wait

Still no cut off switch? I remember you posting about doing it awhile ago. I can show you how I rigged mine. You just have to be able to unplug your alternator during the inspection.
