well, i thought i was gettin the 71r but turns out it was a GT2860RS. bout the same n feels pretty dope. on with the size comparison pics.

Original T25 i was using that felt like doo doo above 5k rpm n had no top end for ----.
Attachment 37636

the used but new to my setup GT2860RS
Attachment 37637

size comparison T25 on left, T28 on right
Attachment 37638

exhaust wheel comparison. again T25 on left
Attachment 37639

overall installation was a siinch, bolted directly to the manifold, used same dp elbow and dp, got some new oil/coolant lines. i got a lil lag now on spool but bb turbo's sound awesome when driving. u hear nothin but spool. pulls a lot harder n pulls til redline instead of only 5k. ill get some dyno numbers here soon after i get the larger injectors n turn up the boost. blah blah later

well on my motor, i dont take it above 7500 but im sure it can hold boost higher then that if u wish to take it higher. boost on this turbo feels like a rocket compared to the t25.

I went from a T25 (.48/.49) to a t3/40e (.60/.63) and it's a HUGE difference. This new turbo has a whole lot more lag but it makes up for it on the top end.

I just turned up teh boost to 14psi and it spins them in 4th.

I dont suppose theres a way to go from a t3 to the t25 flange on that gt28. Id like to know it spool when all is siad and done. Ive wanted one or while but never really talked to guy using one and id hate to have a turbo too laggy for a b20. I dlike to use my t3 manilfold though

its "sorta" tuned right now, the guy i bought the turbo from had a re-maped ecu for the stock 370cc injectors. im gonna tune after new injectors. can't decide to either go aem or JWT... we shall see.
