so my girlfriend calls me while I'm in class, I ignore the call intending on calling her when I get out. then she calls again, not too long after the first time, so I'm thinking something must be going on, so I leave class and call her back. she just got out of the doctor's office and she has mono, so either I have a great immune system or I just got it. I had it back in 4th grade and that was a horrible 3 weeks while I had it. 5 more weeks of school before finals and now this ----.

so in short, I just wanted to let everyone know I have a disease.

My doctor told me its very difficult to get mono twice. Kinda like chicken pocks.

Bingo.

I got mono last year and that was some of the worst month and a half of my life, mainly 'cause it got coupled with strep throat as well.

But the doctor did say that the chances of getting it again are very slim, because the disease doesn't mutate very fast, if at all, thus your body wipes it out as soon as it recognizes it again. Your body's immune system is an amazing thing.

amune system is so amazing them when you get HIV it kills itself and says good gamd i'm out.. It knows when it has been defeated.
