Yeah, I was calling the BS flag on that too, but I can see why they would hold back a little. Kinda sucks for the folks in the path of the fallout. I was reading on one of the local boards that the crap falling out of the cloud was a sticky sap like substance.

The West Bottoms is a shithole for sure. Used to go by there everyday when Paseo was closed.

Maybe it isn't toxic? But either way, I burned plenty of paint thinner and other solvents in my younger pyro days and can't say that they ever dropped a sticky substance... I'd probably leave for a few days. Hope that company is looking forward to a class action lawsuit, you know a few shady lawyers have dollar signs in their eyes.

We have a plant in town called Lauhaff that makes dog food and hotdogs, ---- of that nature I believe. Back in the 80's it blew the ---- up and the windows in my grandparents' business shattered from the shockwave or whatever it's called. They were probably a good mile away from it down town.

No, Asshat! is a prettyboy. We live 30 minutes south of Madison County, though, which lead the nation in reported incest rate for '93 and '97. I haven't seen any recent statistics but I'm going to guess they made it again at least once since '00. To make a short story real long, there are a lot of people like that running around this area. :l

you know something like that happened in france 4 years ago because of a terrorist attack, i had a friend that went to school about 20 miles from the plant. Got no publicity in the usa, which is amazing because of the 9/11 ----. the frenchies covered it up well.

makes me wonder if they are tellin the truth

I work about 10 miles from the Nuke plant. That mother fucker smokes like a mother fucker every day. I will not drink the water within 100 miles of that fucker.

For a second I thought you were referring to Madison County, AL (where I live) since Alabama is often heralded as the incest state. This area is about as un-hickish as you can get in Alabama though. Otherwise they wouldn't put missile command, nasa, and all sorts of other high profile tech here.

I didn't know they keep statistics on that ----.
