ok so i'm trying to log into my account just now when a page comes up asking me all this personal ----...

then is asking me for my pin number, ss number, checking account number, and on and on? WTF!

first off i dont even have a debit card so i cant even fill it out. this is total ------ bullshit, i have things i need to do through this ------ site, and its just holding me back.. i wrote those fuckers the most hatefull email...

I got something like that in my email... I was looking at it and thought to myself that something wasn't right, So I tried clicking a link. Of course It didn't work, I'm like ------ bastards.

paypal states when you sign up that they'll never ask for that information, good luck keepin any money if you fill it out

It's a scam. It's as easy as putting an entry in your hosts file that redirects you to another IP when u go to paypal.com.

Get some adware/virus scanners. But if you wanna check out your hosts file first its in one of these places:
Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98/ME = C:\WINDOWS

file: Hosts

See if there are any entries in there that point to an ip other than 127.0.0.1, if there are, it's probably a virus or adware that did that.

Otherwise go get AVG and spybot and hopefully u don't have something that hasn't been documented yet.

welp it had to be a virus.. i just did a system restore and she's as good as new ;D

i'm in the fix=it mood today :P
