Even a 2.0L @ WOT for a long enough time would spool that. Streetable - No / ------- cool - You bet your sweet ****!

IDK maybe fab up one of the those homemade turbine engines we've seen on various web sites. That would sound like a Harrier taking off in your front yard. It would probably keep the mormons away too.
