i knew a guy that went ont here and won a car, he had to wait over a year to get it and pay a 1/3rd of the price of the car in taxes. It was so much of a hassle to get the car he almost gave up.

He is going to have all the cash he won ($26k) to pay taxes on the cars... after paying taxes on the cash, lol. Even so, he'll probably have about $45K in his pocket... still worth it.
However, he looks gay enough to driver either one of those vehicles, so he'll probably keep them
