does this say please donate to the united negro college fund?

as if they dont have enough benifits from being black as it is...

At college near me the student governemnt tried to make a point about how unfair scolarships were by having a bake sale. Well the prices for the cookies were different depending on your race. If you were a white male the cookies were $5.00 than if you were black they were cheaper and finally down if you were a black woman they were free. Sure enough they got in a ---- ton of trouble becuase of it.

But it proved the point.
