wsop aheeeeet espn

i just won a 11,000 wsop package on pokerstars so i'm going to vegas this summer :S. $10,000 for the tournament buy-in, 1,000 spending money, and a week at a hotel right next to the casino i'll be playing at. i bought in a satelite for 50$, and won, so i got a ticket to a 650$ buyin for the wsop package and got 2nd in that. there was one wsop package for every 11,000 in the prize pool.
If i make it to the final table i get at least a million.
maybe u seen me on espn !

who else plays poker!

texas hold'em and black jack are pretty fun... i would never play online for real money though, there are so many scams you can pull.

thats pretty ------ sweet though that you won, good luck.. i better be seeing you on tv :y

i may be on tv in the background or some ----, but there are soo many people going this year compared to past. You might see me if i get to sit at a table with some famous people or if i bust out a well known player i'll deff be on. the game is no limit holdem btw

I love no limit hold em, I'm ok in my local area- but I don't think that i'd do anything worthwhile in a tournament.

The only thing that bugs me about internet play is that it teaches you statistics really well, but you never learn to read people. Which is huge.

well you can read people online, you can see a pattern of what kind of hands they play, but yeh you can't like see peoples body language or anything. Online in a tournament you want to get placed at a late break table, meaning as people bust out the tournament, tables break up and get dispursed to other tables, you get to learn players a little better.

yea really. im pretty sure you could get a free shirt if you swear to wear it everyday. HMT on ESPN, who woulda thunk it

my co-workers pretty damn good too, whenever he goes out to the casino he pulls in a couple hundred bucks. he never gets a chance to goto bigger tournaments (like pre-tv stuff) because his girlfriend holds him down on the gambling :3 whenever he does goto the casino, he tells his girl he's working late, lol

just don't be an "internet player" when you are in the tourney, lol!

congrats and good-luck. That ---- is badass. One day I will have the patience to actually do a mutliday tourney, hell a 3 hour tourney already bugs me, so for now, I'll stick to live :P
