Default Wrecked my Civic this morning, God I love insurance(cliffnotes at the bottom)

So I just lowered my car Monday night and was on my way to buy new tires and get an alignment this morning so they wouldnt rub on my fenders anymore. I'm going down the freeway at like 60 mph with this beat up white pickup truck in front of me and a ------ car axle just falls out of the bed. I ------ freak out and swerve hard left (i'm in the left lane), but I catch it with both of my right tires and break both of my rims completely in half and shred my tires to ----. My car ------ pulls hard right and theres a ------ semi in the right lane, so I fight it and crank the wheel left and spin all the way around and somehow get onto the left shoulder. I cuss for like 12 minutes and punch ---- and then get out and asess the damage. From what I can tell, it's just the 2 rims and tires, no other damage. In the next 10 minutes, 3 other cars hit the axle and blew their tires so hella cops started showing up. I filled out a report and called a tow truck, but he couldnt tow it because its too low to the ground, so they get a flatbed down there to take me to the body shop. At the body shop, the guy looks at it and sees some damage on the front bumper that happened over the winter when I hit a snowbank and thought it was from the accident so I just kept my mouth shut. The body shop is throwing it up on a lift tomorrow to check for undercarriage and frame damage, but he said there doesnt appear to be any. So overall, I get 4 new rims (I have 14's right now, gonna see if i can get some 15 or 16's), 4 brand new tires, a new painted front bumper, and an alignment, all for a $100 deductible. Oh, and a rental car. And insurance says I'm not at fault so no raised rates. I should wreck more often...

***CLIFF NOTES***
On freeway on my way to get new tires and alignment
Pickup truck in front of me drops axle out of bed onto freeway
I hit it hard and shatter 2 rims and tires(3 other people hit it after me with similar results)
Go to body shop
Find out I'm getting 4 new rims and tires, a front bumper, and an alignment, all for $100 deductible.

Yes. God loves you as do you love the insurance company. $100 deductible? Dang, your insurance must be high with that low of a deductible. Thank God no one was hurt though. Sounds like that could of hurt some people bad if it had gone throw a windshield or what not. Glad to hear it will all work out.

Sounds like you are getting a good deal!

It's nice having a $100 deductable, I have the same, when my car got broken into last year I got the whole side repainted along with some seals and stuff...

Damn dude... I pay $120 a month for full coverage on both my cars ('95 Civic and '05 Scion). I don't have any tickets or accidents on my record though. Plus, I'm turning 25 in 10 days and it will go down even more! Yaya!

Almost as good as my 1750.00 I got for my winter beater that cost my 600.00. No deductable. The trucking company sent the check to me within a few day of the adjustment. I turb around and buy a 800.00 car. 700,00 dollar profit!
