High 8's I thought.
Trav-***'s 2.0/VTEC was built for a little less than half that by RLZ. Sleeves, Eagles/Wisecos, Ferrea valves, some misc goodies. They took a minute about it, but who would you rather trust?
Aside from your own brain and two hands, that is.

Hell, you want to do it yourself, gsrswapandstfu's 2.1 liter NA engine with the super light Carillo A-beams, strutted pistons, Eric Aguilar's old 92 mm crank, RLZ stage "3" cams, etc, only cost him $5K in parts. That was some bling----- high dollar NA stuff, regular run of the mill heavy forgings for turbo use are lots cheaper.

He only got 215 whp, but it still had stock throttlebody and an ebay header (STR 70mm kept sticking, and AN-R broke off at the collector). Torque was either 148 or 158 ft/lbs, I forget, until the TB and header choked it down. Should have been a solid 250 whp NA ride.
Test pipe says "Sponsored by Endyn"
Can't really see it, but it has T-Bone from HT's old sheet metal intake on it.
I just realized I don't really have any good pictures of the car... took more with a bunch of turbo parts in front of it than of the actual car... it was a slow ****** NA car, anyway. I mean, 250 whp? That's like a stock SOHC with a HMT T3 and some *****.
