if you have a fax i can fax you a copy of the lease aggrement i used at work for clients....it's pretty much up to you and what you feel the most comfortable with..yea my sister was paying 850 for a basement apt here in NY with a ceiling if i jump my head would hit

Thanks Dr Boost for adding to my comments. I hear you with the cost of living. My cousin paid $2200 for a 2 Bedroom shack in Hollywood. --I mean a shack. The same thing anywhere else would be trailer trash.
