The high reached at least 70 degrees every day here last week. If it would snow 4" here, I would have a ------' blast, BUT I wouldn't drive my car anywhere. I can pretty much walk to anywhere I really need to get to, and I'm sure my job would be down for AT LEAST a few days. Must be a different situation when you live somewhere that get's that kinda snow, but life must still go on...school, work, etc. etc....

At least it isn't -30 when you are doing those recoveries.
Oh and for all you poor saps that come across your car already hooked, but not moving yet, just go lock yourself in your car. I have not come across an area yet that it is legal for them to tow your car with you in it.
If you live south of the 49th, (and don't live in a snow belt, like most of the mid west or parts of Utah, and Colorado, ect...) you don't need an excuse to not be able to drive in 4" of snow, you just don't have to do it often enough for it to matter, but it sure is funny for the rest of us to watch... :1
