Don't you work for your uncle and your dad or some ----? weren't you complaining before when someone else got promoted above you that was there for a shorter time? You have to call in every morning to see if they need you? You have years 'experience' but get paid dirt? You don't happen to get paid as a sub-contractor do you (do they take out taxes or anything from your pay?)
Sounds like you're that shitty kid that they can't fire cause you're related, so they just treat you like ---- hoping you quit and move, or accidentally nail your cranium to the house you're building. Either way I would go out and get a job yourself instead of waiting for family handout jobs, it's better for everyone in the long-run.
