I do not mean any offense to you what so ever but it happens to be a good example:
Surfer's car. Nice clean CRX, it's got a body kit, but most won't consider it rice, why? It's a body kit right? If he had a tsunami/street fighter/avenger body kit it's rice, but why not the one he has? Is it because it's a "Mugen"?

I think that frankenstein cars are cool for show cars and crzay ---- is good for customizers to show off their abilities as craftsman, but it is stupid on street cars.
Here is a borderline one though.
I have one piece headlights. Got em after my accident. But are they rice?? They are TYC, so they are higher quality than honda lights, and they arn't really flashy.
One way I look at rice is:
If any ghetto *** person compliments you on it, then it is probably rice.
I hate how flashy some people think they have to be.
