I do not mean any offense to you what so ever but it happens to be a good example:

Surfer's car. Nice clean CRX, it's got a body kit, but most won't consider it rice, why? It's a body kit right? If he had a tsunami/street fighter/avenger body kit it's rice, but why not the one he has? Is it because it's a "Mugen"?

Sorry Surfer to use your car as an example, but it just happened to be there :P. Again I mean no offense towards you or your car, I like you car and it looks good, and you still need to give me your headlights ;)

I'm not quite sure how that's suppose to mean towards myself... but if you are implying that I like ugly ricey cars. Sure I guess, I've seen some cars with body kits and conversions that I like.

Ok ... you showed a car with a silvia front end conversion and a wide body kit with stock wheels that are sunk in about 2 inches, and to top it all off it has a extra trendy ss gas cap! Oooo whats that? s2k rear lights? If you like frankenstein cars, cool ... personally I would make fun of it. Everyone has their own taste .. some people like fast cars, some people like cars that look like fast cars.

show and go .. their followers dont mix well.

edit: I just noticed ... is that a civic with a nissan front end? lol

I think that frankenstein cars are cool for show cars and crzay ---- is good for customizers to show off their abilities as craftsman, but it is stupid on street cars.

Here is a borderline one though.

I have one piece headlights. Got em after my accident. But are they rice?? They are TYC, so they are higher quality than honda lights, and they arn't really flashy.

One way I look at rice is:
If any ghetto ass person compliments you on it, then it is probably rice.

I hate how flashy some people think they have to be.
