If it were me, I would go for full custody and take that bitch to the ------ cleaners. If shes that fucked up in the had, she's going to do nothing but damage to your son. Even if you are having regular visitation, she is still going to have way more time to poison his mind against you than you will have to correct it. So like I said, I would take her to court and fight for full custody with NO VISITATION (for her) and make her pay support. It shouldnt be too hard to paint a dim enough picture of her.

i agreee that full custody might be soming worth pursuing in this situation and child support from her may be good, being that she makes more. But denying her visitation rights is just wrong. I've met her serveral times and she is a nice person, a good mother, and loves the boy just as much as Julio does. Denying her visitation is denying the boy of a loving mother and that is just wrong, same goes for denying Julio visitation rights.

The boy is just being used as a negotiating tool for the relationship, which is sad to hear.

Yup, the Doc has it nailled. I don't particularly care for my babymomma, but at no time have I ever dreamed of taking my daughter away from her. That's a bullshit emotional blackmail type threat that crazy women use. Only crazy women do that ----. Last I checked, while I may not be the most stable man ever, I do have a fairly good sized sausage for a white guy + no need to act like a crazy woman.

BTW, as kids get older they become a more focal negotiating tool in relationships. They know the score... if you lie, or try to play custody games, all you do is damage yourself in your kid's eyes. This is not a bad thing. The only reason it's bad right now is that Julio Jr is only as emotionally + perceptually mature as his parents are... not trying to throw that in anyone's face, but Julio had to have this relationship to learn something basic about himself and how he wishes to interact with other people. All the blackmail, 60 questions, lack of trust, throwing up the abandonment card if you want ten seconds to yourself, etc, are red flags. I ditch women real quick over those, and in the future so will you.

I guess if shes actually an alright person thats one thing,. I was assuming she was completly off her ------- rocker. I mean, who the hell would actually tell thier son that thier dad was dead, thats fucked. And I wouldnt "threaten" to do it (beacuse that IS bullshit) , just do it and be done. If shes actually a decent person than I would go for custody with visitation. If shes crazy as ---- then he might be better off without. I have seen parents in the past that thier kids would have been much better of not knowing.

I on again off again find myself in social situations where one half of an ex-couple or both are trying to convince me they are "right." I express extreme disinterest, and tell them of my "good people, just not good together," theory. Unless, of course, one half of the ex-couple is a complete pile of ----.

im beginning to grow fond of JD and his views on women. You are correct sir. Anytime i wanted to do something withou him or her she would say i didnt want them. ALwayws with 100 questions to ---- i did or wanted to do and just grew damm tired.

Im not gonna refuse to let her see my son but i will take her to court. Im done with her mind games. and i have emails, text mssgs and voice mails to prve what she is doing.
