Take Mathias and run to Mexico bro. I'll come visit you and we can make wooden boats and bootleg parachute batman and superman action figures and sell them on the beach. Maybe setup a Churro stand and sell fresh churros. Just trying to get a laugh out of yah bro. I'm up for the same thing as your cuz. and just get legally seperated so everything is legal as visitation and all that jive. I'm telling you bro...WI is the place. Just went to eat at this new mexican mini mall. real mexican food, mexican restuarante with fresh pigs feet and hot fresh tomales. Hell I got the wrong food cause the waitress could barely speak a word of english it's so authentic.

I'm not a fan of the heat but atleast get a legal seperation so she can't pull any of that shady ---- on you and if she does then it's her *** and not yours. Hell she could lose full custody of him and you could have Mathias and she would have to pay you child support. My brother was in your shoes and has two kids and was married for like almost 8 years and just recently got divorced cause he was going through the same ---- as you and couldn't see eye to eye with each other and were constantly fighting and ----. Surprisingly their happy apart not being married with each other and actually talk and do things with the two boys together like sports and just other things and have a open friendship. Gimme a call bro is you need an ear cause you know I gotcha back hombre. Dude I got some ---- for you too I'm gonna send yah that you should like. No money needed as I got this ---- since you never asked for anything.

Yeah like they said, court might be your only option if she's gonna go that direction :P
To add to my "women are *****" statement. Some **** cut us off at the intersection to the liquor store, and they were laughin about it. So we parked next to them and when we got out I was talking about how shitty drivers were. Well they said knows how to drive and my friend said she probably knows how to suck a dick too. She said "that's why i got a big truck.", so that she could cut people off. Well we exchanged some words and went in the liquor store, she got the manager to id us just to be a bitch, so when I got out I keyed her door up. Probably a really big ------- thing to do but if she can dish it out then she should be able to take it.

that's fucked. Def sounds like she's pullilng some high school guilt trip to give it another shot. Don't give in. And (depending on how old your son is) you should probably talk to you son about what's going on, and tell him the truth. Be as open and honest with him as you can be so that she doesn't fill his head with lies or other stupid ----. Other than that, try to save the texts and maybe try to audio tape her to get some evidence together just in case you end up in court.

sorry to hear about your marriage man. i would keep those text messeges for court references, and possibly try to get something from the cell phone place sayin that she accually sent the messege. just that alone IMO would be worth child visits.

i still have all the text, emails and voice mails she has left me. No worries. I even spent 200 on school clothes yesterday, went to the beach and ate junk foood with my son. seen him since wednesday everyday and plan on doing so forever. Today i wanted to bring him with me to my uncles house in chatsworth but she pulled that BS yesterday so i didnt feel like talking to her. So tomorrow ill try calling and see what kinda ---- she pulls. ON another note im going to the courts on m onday morning and filing for separation and visitation rghts. I already give her 240 every check ( get paid bi weekly ) and pay for his benefits and hers. Im cutting her off as soon as i get some legal advice. Plus she makes a little more than i do wich is only about 2k more or less. Either way i want this ---- handles by someone other than ourselves. I cant depend on her unstable wreckless emotions.

i went through that with my parents and seeing the constant bullshit from my mom,made it hard to see her the same way.i have more respect for my dad than i do for my mom,cus seeing go back n forth in court was pathetic but know my whole family is alot happier since they finally settled everything and stayed together but without getting married again.
