He didn’t own anything.

I already stated, the Bush administration says they were international phone calls. Until someone proves them wrong... that is the fact right now.

the same idiots come up with their black helicopter conspiracy theories, it gets ------ all over the news and internet for one day, then other random idiots take it for fact, even when the BS story goes away and was proven to be completely exaggerated or untrue in full.

McClellan said the Clinton-Gore administration had engaged in warrantless physical searches, and he cited an FBI search of the home of CIA turncoat Aldrich Ames without permission from a judge. He said Clinton's deputy attorney general, Jamie Gorelick, had testified before Congress that the president had the inherent authority to engage in physical searches without warrants.

"I think his hypocrisy knows no bounds," McClellan said of Gore.

Gore said Attorney General Alberto Gonzales should name a special counsel to investigate the program, saying Gonzales had an "obvious conflict of interest" as a member of the Bush Cabinet as well as the nation's top law enforcement officer.

Gonzales, who has agreed to testify publicly at a Senate hearing on the program, defended the surveillance on cable news talk shows Monday night.

"This program has been reviewed carefully by lawyers at the Department of Justice and other agencies," Gonzales said on Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes." "We firmly believe that this program is perfectly lawful. The president has the legal authority to authorize these kinds of programs."

On CNN's "Larry King Live," Gonzales said Gore's comments were inconsistent with Clinton administration policy.

"It's my understanding that during the Clinton administration there was activity regarding physical searches without warrants," Gonzales said. "I can also say it's my understanding that the deputy attorney general testified before Congress that the president does have the inherent authority under the Constitution to engage in physical searches without a warrant. And so, those would certainly seem to be inconsistent with what the former vice president was saying today."

Gore said there is still much to learn about the domestic surveillance program, but that he already has drawn a conclusion about its legality.

ay im gonna stick my thumb into his butt hole to **** him off (south park)

there was PROOF of irans ongoing quest for nuclear power.. we had russians admitting they were helping the iranians..

now who the ---- is a bigger threat.. some country that blocks all western music.. and all television and internet... or some guy who tried to kill ur dad..
why dont we go invade some south american countries? stop the ------- drug trade for good? thattl stop the deaths of many thousands more americans who die from drugs than via terrorism..

because they are american citizens. making the calls and recieving the calls.

we are looking for bin laden, and always will be, and always will be looking for al qaeda memebers. we wont stop until all the dune coons that want to destory america are fragged.

we have concent from pakistan to conduct operations like this, they are just saving face by weakly condeming the air strike... it happens often...

iraq attacked kuwait in 1991... we won the first gulf war in weeks... saddam and iraq signed a CEASE-FIRE treaty, stating they would abide by the UN resolutions, and and by the general treaty itself. saddam defied the resolution a billion times. clinton didnt have the ***** other than to launch a couple missiles when he was in the hot seat over various scandals. We reserved the right to continue the war if iraq did not abide by the cease-fire treaties. They obviously did not... we were perfectly legitimate to continue the war.

remember when clinton launched tomahawk missiles into syria and blew up an aspirn factory, to deflect attention from which scandal was it? i forgot there were so many...

OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM
Report: Syria hiding Iraqi WMD
Sources say relative of President Assad smuggled arms to 3 places

A relative of Syrian President Bashar Assad is hiding Iraqi weapons of mass destruction in three locations in Syria, according to intelligence sources cited by an exiled opposition party.

The weapons were smuggled in large wooden crates and barrels by Zu Alhema al-Shaleesh, known for moving arms into Iraq in violation of U.N. resolutions and for sending recruits to fight coalition forces, said the U.S.-based Reform Party of Syria.

i dont think that just because they were americans it makes it illegal.. if someone was receiving calls from a known terrorist country.. then let them tap whatever they want to tap..

i thought bush said he didnt care where he was?

i agree with the saving face thing. but johnny. im not talking about pakistans government.. im talking about regular average hardworking paki.. what the ---- are they supposed to think? when theyre in the streets demonstrating like that..

invade a country because it violated a un treaty? (which we didnt abide by BTW when we invaded them) or invade iran because theyre the imminent threat?
and if thats why we invaded.. why did i keep hearing 9/11 everytime bush talked about iraq? wmd'sssss where are the wmd'sss

and that articles you posted johnny. doesnt mean ---- because of one thing

A relative of Syrian President Bashar Assad is hiding Iraqi weapons of mass destruction in three locations in Syria, according to intelligence sources cited by an exiled opposition party.
its already been proven that exiles are willing to say/do anything. remember chalbi? where the ---- is he now?

WMD's dont dissapear johnny.. radiation takes millions of years to dissipate.. there is nothing u can do to hide radiation.. they never found any traces.. everything they ever did find were later proved to be nothing but empty artillery shells..

saddam always was about talk.. do you remember the million man army he assembled where he said he was going to send them to free palestine?

talk johnny.. all talk.. and talk is cheap.. we need to learn to stop acting on talk.. and only act on concrete evidence..

exiled people.. and opressed people are not reliable sources.. they never will be..

neither are tortured prisoners...

Well nothing says they aren't? Is that how we come up with theories these days?

I've got one: Bukakees dad is a terrorist because nobody is saying he isn't. See, but my argument is more worthy because your dad actually IS a terrorist. It's not worth arguing when the other side is related to bin laden. They hate America, and that's just how it is.

Bush, who said the wiretapping is legal and necessary, has pointed to a congressional resolution passed after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, that authorized him to use force in the fight against terrorism as allowing him to order the program.

The program authorized eavesdropping of international phone calls and e-mails of people deemed a terror risk.

NSA Watchdog Reviewed Wiretapping Program

The inspector general, Joel Brenner, has looked into all aspects of the program's operations to ensure they complied with orders signed by President Bush, according to an NSA official familiar with the inspector general. The official spoke on condition of anonymity Thursday because of the sensitive nature of the program.

Bush has acknowledged he authorized the NSA to eavesdrop — without warrants — on international calls and e-mails of Americans and others inside the United States with suspected ties to Al Qaeda or its affiliates.
