yeah and in some areas if you kill a dog, the owner can't sue you for pain and suffering because they are typically refered to as personal property or possessions. They can only sue for the value.

If you've ever lost a dog by some ------- that ran him over you wouldn't be that way. If you ran my dog over and kept driving I'd unload a clip into your car as you're driving away. An eye for an eye.

I've had 2 dogs get hit by cars. The first one was all fucked up and needed $4000 worth of surgery. We had to put him to sleep. The second one was a badass mother ****** and limped his *** home. I yelled at him when I saw him and tied him up out back, only to find out later he was covered in road rash and had a broken leg. After that he was an indoor dog and slept with me most nights. He died of cancer a few years after that though.

like i said. if a dog is sitting there, i wouldnt hit it. i would stop and honk the horn and scare it away. i mean its common sense. but if it jumped out of nowhere, then theres nothing i can do.

where i used to work there where ducks that walked around the parking lot and some a hole started running over them on purpose til he ran all of them over and there wasn't 1 duck left. i hit a dog once while i was talking curves fast in a neighbor hood that had alot of curves. i went to get outta my car and 2 ladies that where sitting on their front porche started sreaming at me, saying assesino! ASSESINO! IN spanish and i panicked and drove off fast. their was an orange spot on my front bumper that came off with wax. this was years ago though, not in my current car.
