With a static compression rato of 8.5:1, 24 psi is gonna give you in the neighborhood of 22.4:1

You're gonna have to play around with your timing a little bit and either way, I wouldn't be in a big hurry to jump on the dyno and run 20~24 psi in an attempt to get 400 HP. Your best bet is to be conservative and figure out where your baseline is, then go from there. Otherwise all these guys'll laugh at you and you'll be out for your hard work and effort.
