reread the story people. they were hunting... he shot it 8 times and tracked it for 3 hours before finishing it with 1 point blank shot. and a 50 cal is hardly a small wepon.

Jesus I have heard before there is some freakish huge wild boars in that area of the US but that is just scary

LOL...You guys kill me...That hog is definitely real..."Hogzilla" was killed 10 or 15 miles up the road from where I live in Alapaha, GA...He only weighed 800 some odd pounds but he had tusks that were 27 inches long, his ******* was bigger that most people's head...One was killed late last year in Fayetteville, GA that weighed 1200 pounds, but he didn't have the tusks like hogzilla had but he was a huge bitch...I've been on a wild hog hunt, and it is absolutely awesome...You take kerr dogs to actually track the pig, and then u use pitbulls to actually "catch" the hog...some ppl actually tie the hog up and keep him to train their dogs with, but if you're gonna kill the hog, you do shoot him in the head with a large caliber pistol...I personally wouldn't wanna kill a hog that size, though...I think an animal of that size and magnitude is AWESOME, I'd like to see him and take a picture or two, but I have waaaay too much respect for nature to kill something that has grown to that size and stature, it's like a big *** great white shark, only it roams tha back woods of tha south instead of the ocean...coool ----...oh yeah, if you don't think 8 shots from that cannon that kid is holding would kill that hog, ur retarded...
