wife got a new car

ok so about 2 years ago my wife bought a 70 chevy c10 pickup. she loved the muscle car feeling of it. well about a year ago she decided to sell it for something a little more family. we had a baby on the way and "the truck will scare the baby" "it's just not a family car" so she got a 91 civic sedan.
well after the baby she decided she wanted something cool again. yesterday she calls me at work at tells me she found a 64 fairlane 500 for $1500 and it looks good. so last night at 10 pm we go and look at the car and it's in pretty good shape. so today we went and bought it. its in pretty good shape for $1500. starts up first time every time and drove pretty good also. couple small things like any old car. well anyway i'm not a ford fan, but i like it. there is some glazing putty on the body cause the guy was gonna fix all the dings and get it painted, but stopped. not any major rust, just a little surface rust on the rain gutters and door edges. there is a bunch of ---- in the trunk so i'm not sure how the trunk pan is, but after looking at the rest of the car i'm sure it's not that bad. anyway here are the pics he posted on craigslist, my wife is gonna take some tomorrow also. the plans for it are to either have it repainted the blue or paint it flat black. put a good sounding exhaust on it and fix up the interior. after it's running good we might fix up the horsepower end of things. we've been trying to get pre-smog cars. so now we are either gonna sell my crx or her 91 sedan. if you read all this you are a fag the missing door panel is in the trunk, but looks bad. good thing i know how to sew. i sew better then i weld. we've all seen my welds Attachment 16020 Attachment 16021 Attachment 16022 Attachment 16023 Attachment 16024 Attachment 16025 Attachment 16026 Attachment 16027 Attachment 16028 Attachment 16029 Attachment 16030 Attachment 16031 Attachment 16032 Attachment 16033 Attachment 16034 |

I don't think I would ever let my kid ride in something without seat belts.

the car has a full set of seat belts, the rear belts are under the seat. |

Needs wood paneling on the outside.

Re: wife got a new car
After being called a retard, I thought it best to take another look. You are of course correct, there are lap belts all around.
Lap belts can cut people in half or cause major spinal injury in an accident. And old cars don't survive crashes much better than small ass civics. But whatever, it is a very cool car. Just not something I'd transport my progeny around in. |
