why the hell would my lights stay on?
 

i turn my car off and my light off, but the dash lights and corner lights refuse to go off, i keep taking the batter cable off. im thinking its a fuse, but what fuse would cause this?

no its all the way off, yet my dash lights and my corner lights stay on, and i can turn on the headlights without the key being in, it will drain my battery if i dont pull off the negative terminal

maybe your twist-a-migger is broken, mine broke once, I just replaced it.

What I mean by broke, is when you turn off the lights, it's stuck in the one position, which is the corner lights and dash ----.

Do you have or did you install any guages or a radio something recently? Maybe something that is tied to the lighting circuit and is hooked up wrong, backfeeding the parking light circuit :-\ OR your wist-a-migger is broken, lol.
