No now he is complaining that the head arrived in crappy condition. There are holes and rips in the box and crap. The box was a brand new box, so any damage was done by FedEx or him. He said they were finding parts in the back of the FedEx truck.....shouldn't this have been an alert to file a claim right then with the driver?

Well after I pretty much told him he wasn't getting the intake manifold he started so more BS. All of a sudden the box arrived full of holes and missing parts. He says when he got the package the FedEx guy said he heard stuff rolling around in the back of the truck and they went and looked and found parts.
Not only he says there were 4 pieces of news paper for packaging. The box had about 4 inches in every direction around the head. I stuffed the head so full of paper that the sides top/bottom bulged out. I told him to file with FedEx (which they declined his claim). So then he told me he was filing with he credit card company for a chargeback.
I have already closed/emptied my PayPal account. What can he do? What will they do?

If Paypal finds you guilty they will put your Paypal account negative for the amount of the purchase. They can't touch your bank account without your persmission. ---- him and ---- Paypal. Fight it as long as you can and make sure you reply in a timely manner to Paypal on the claims or they will jsut say ---- you and end it in his favor.
Like someone else said, since he is trying to ---- you over, tell paypal you will offer a refund if the item is shipped back at the buyers expense and then tell them he shipped you a box of rocks or something. ---- him like he wants to ---- you.
