I agree w/what everyone has said but you need to get it straightend out before he starts making posts about how your a scammer. I avoid selling thing sover the net but when I do I make things as clear as possible to avoid situations like these.

If you sold him the head and shipped it and then the IM was asked about, how can that be a package deal?

I know this EXACT situation, you try to be nice and help someone out and they freak out and try to bite you in the ***, i'm with stealthmode, tell this *** to come here to work this out...

besides 99% of the members on H-T are cheap haggling asians...

refund the extra shipping is all you need to do (if he had pay the extra)
if it comes down to it, give him a dollar refund then post up his phone number and e-mail addy here.

Here is the message he just sent me.

Simple choice.. you either refund the money or I file a complaint to my credit card company and they will do a chargeback. Paypal will get the money out of your account (bank/credit card/anything that is linked to your account)

What are they going to do? PayPal can't take crap out of my bacnk account can they?

they can if they prove you are wrong. You should send them a message first, if you have documented everything you will find. It sounds to me he just wants to scam you.

If he alerts paypal, they will send you an e-mail you have 10 days to respond, just tell them what you told us, the jackass whats a refund on something he didn't buy or ask until shipping arrange ments were made. I'm not real sure if paypal will grant you the "win" but, when I alerted paypal when I was scammed the guy deleted his paypal account and I recieved Zero help fomr those ********.

tell him to send the ---- back. when you get it, don't refund the money. And scam his ***, since he's trying to do you over.
