Default Who's looking for a job

If you are and have comcast in your area go apply
Why you ask

both my sons just started 2 months ago and they are lovin it
start pay 13.00
free cable,internet, and phone
company van and all kinds of beneifits. and the work is not that hard
they keep the van with them and comcast even pays for gas, just in the last 3 lines
thats a big savings on your bills
4 day work week,( which both boys work ) sun-wed, thurs, fri, and sat off
the beni's start after 91 days w/401 fully vested option
raise after 6 months etc etc

Just thought I'd pass this on to you people

Mark

ps just looking out for my other adopted kids

$13.00 an hour is what, like $27,000 a year? That might be a decent job to have while your going to college and getting a degree. $23 a month for cable, phone, internet, and access to a van is defintely worth it (your easily saving a few hundred a month with that deal). I wouldn't want to make that a career, but if it's easy work it seems like a pretty sweet deal for a few years.

Friend of mine was a cable installer for a while. He loved the money, but hated the hours. He was an independent contractor with some company that did installs for comcast. He then got hired by comcast as an installer and the hours and stuff got a little better, but he eventually quit. There are a lot of jobs out there that pay the same or better for less labor, even without a degree.

yea, 13 p/h isnt bad for a 19 year old with all those benys its an upgrade for him but a small cut in pay for the older 1. just in gas alone driving to & from work is a big savings
since it finally hit 3.05 a gal

they are both starting out as installers but will change, younger one will be running cable mainlines pole-pole and the older will be doing tech support he's the lazy one
