Who works retail

So ive worked retail for two years now(take in mind im only 18 and im in school so i need an employer who is flexible with my school and activities and what not) and im fiding that a few bucks an hour over minimum just isnt cutting it lately. I know someone who can get me in at Nordstroms making a little bit more then i do now base pay wise +7.25% comission, and take in mind most people who already work in the department i would be in make around 2-5k on a alright day in net sales. Anyone have an suggestions of good employers that may be flexible. One of my other options would be to go work for a T-mobile retailer and hustle phones for 60 bucks an activation. Anyone have any experience with either of these companies?

find a local prison and work the night shift. easiest 2500/month i have evrything made. literally all you do is sit all night and watch people sleep. if you can stay awake its worth it.

If you like animals you could work at petsmart. I've worked there for almost 3 years and pay is pretty good. As a dog trainer I make 10.75 plus 25% commission on every class that is sold regardless if I sell them. Pretty flexable hours mostly nights after 4. Benefits are good too if you need them.
Otherwise you could work the floor or as a cashier for start pay of around 9.25. Good luck finding a new job!

REI is a good place to work if your into the outdoors. I'm a master tech in the shop and make $13.25/hr, the other techs make about $9-$11. Very flexable, great benifits even to part timers, no drug tests, and pro-deals from tons of companies. It works good for me, I get to use some mechanical skill and don't have to deal with alot of customers. I'm into mtn. biking and have been working in the cycling industry for 11 yrs, so its a great job for me.
